Business Disputes

Why I'm Different.

From my legal experience, I gained the expertise to represent clients in business disputes.

From my business experience, I learned what clients want since I was a client myself for years. Unfortunately, I had uneven experience with the lawyers who represented me.

From my entire work experience, I have gained the judgment required to thoughtfully analyze client problems to develop a litigation strategy that makes sense for the challenge presented and the client who has hired me.

It’s not complicated. Clients want efficient, straightforward advice that allows them to obtain the best possible outcome at the most reasonable cost available.

The first step is for me to gather an appreciation of the problem you are facing. If the analysis is straightforward, there is no cost to this step.  Sometimes document review and legal research may be required. A cost will be quoted for this step and that budget will be respected. Your options will then be presented to you in language you understand. After that, you decide how to proceed. If you wish to move forward, a retainer agreement will be prepared for your review and signature.

As the litigation proceeds, sometimes strategies have to change. At every point along the way, you will be presented with clear analysis to inform your decisions. It’s your case; you make the decisions. I implement them to the best of my ability.
